Absolutely loved this place. This is very close to what you can get in Palestine. Definitely worth the visit. Generally crowded (of course) seating is limited but very much with the visit and wait for a seat (if you have to).

Very filling food for a great price. The hummus and the beef & lamb shwarma was great. The fries were okay. They give a lot of food in the bowl option, even my friend Tahmidur was filled to the brim with all the food.

Delicious Middle eastern food. I love their showrma and recipe. I feel I’m in Dubai when I enjoy this food.

Solid place with great value. The bread is top notch which is key. The grilled meats are delicious. I always order the mixed grill. They occasionally make mistakes with my order but not too bothered since all of their food is good. The Shwarma could be their least successful dish but still decent.

Food is Okay, service is very slow.

The quality used to be so so so good back then! The quality of rice used to be so good, now Ehhh! Hope they work on improving quality of the rice!!

Serve only beef or lamb after 6pm. That was new to me. Wish it was mentioned in the website. I would have saved a trip.

Food and it’s quantity is very good but I can never recommend this place for its customer service. Asked for sauce and was looked at with a shrug then told to get it from another table. How annoying or rude It made me feel disturbing others and their friends or family enjoying their meal..... Seating is not the most comfortable but it’ll do for a quick bite. Next time I’d prob take it to go.

Chicken shawarma and fries tasted like something that you'd get back in the middle east.. amazing!

Not a place if you want to eat in. I went there with my 2 kids and had no place to sit and left without eating. No waiter. Am not reviewing based on food I havent tasted the food. But i wouldn't go back to eat in, maybe do a take out. But I heard this place have good food

Hospitality was great off the bat however the food was nothing special. I had a Chicken Schnitzel with rice and fries. The fries were soggy, and the rice was plain white rice, nothing special. The food lacked flavor and the sauce on the table that gave it some. The pita was great however, soft and fresh.

The food was good. I personally feel like they just have less flavor compared to other Mediterranean places. I didn’t like the service tho how they were very careless and was charging for a small white sauce since I wanted to take home with my leftovers.

Food was good. Not a restaurant basically, You have to order at the counter and You have to serve yourself. The woman at the counter could have been more nicer.

Portion is good, but the fast is just not there.. you’re basically going to eat to fill up

Limited options but the food is great. Loved the chicken Shawarma with the touch of their chilli sauce. Food is really tasteful and would recommend trying this Restaurant.

From the cashier/staffs to food are all amazing. There are two problems 1.The restaurant is small 2. There is no parking :(

Shawarma and falafel is really good.I havent try to mix(lamband beef) because they say they start serving them after 6pm. I would like to be back again

Coming here for years.Impressive how they keep high quality and freshness even as employees (and at least once, owners) are changing.One of my top choices in queens.Everything is fresh and tasteful : the falafel, the chicken shawarma, humus and salads.The place wasn’t renovated since it was open, and it shows :-( but the food well worth it.

Best shawarma’s in NYC! Always fresh ingredients! Love their Mediterranean flavors! The chicken shawarma and sandwich are my go-to’s. Definitely try their Hummus Abu Ghosh! The restaurant is always very clean! Very busy! And most importantly their service is unmatched!

The best Middle Eastern food so far. It's very hard to find good quality food but New York has the best hands down. Queens has the best quality food if you're looking. The grilled chicken was cooked well and the pitas bread made from scratch was probably the best bread I had. Definitely should come and try their food. 8/10.

Their Shwarmas Are The Best. My Husband Put Me On To Mediterranean Food. This Was One Of The Spots That We Tried Out About 5 Years Ago. We Also Tried A Few Of The Other Restaurants On The Block And None Compare To This One Here. Their Spicy Sauce Or Whatever They Call It Here Is So Good Too If You Like Spicy Food. I Always Add It To My Shwarmas But Be Careful. It Is Very Spicy And Will Burn Your Mouth If You Add Too Much

The food here is really great, one of my favorite places. They give you more than enough food for the price. The people there where very welcoming and gave us our food quickly. It's an amazing place to go and really worth your time. They have many combinations and it all taste good

The best middle eastern grill around. Places that are constantly busy are doing something right.... And they are busy busy busy...all the roasted meats are seasoned wonderfully and tender. The veg sides are delicious and fresh.

The food here is crazy good sometimes the line stretches out the door. It gets crazy during Ramadan with everyone picking up food. It's a chipotle style dining you're able to choose a bowl or their version of a burrito. But they give you so much more food. They only have the beef and lamb Shawarma around 6 pm. With every platter, they always give a side of pita bread.

Food is good but place is very dirty.there was toilet papers in the eating area .food on the floor. none of the tables was clean.📢disgusting.health department need to check this place.owner seem to be cheap couldn't keep up to date.

The best customer service ever!!!I ordered catering for a party of 15 people and we forgot the salads. The owner himself called me and came to bring (I live an hour away) us the salads just so we can enjoy a full meal. In addition, he gave us 2 bottles of wine and a cake. He went above and beyond!!!

Really good for a quick bite. It's basically a middle eastern Chipotle. The falafel, gyro meat, baba ganoush and especially that warm, soft, chewy bread were 🔥! I'd definitely go back.

The best grilled chicken in Queens. I mainly order in from Duzan, when I order It is “grilled chicken bowl”- ya get 3 charred moist tender breasts, and choice of 2: fries, rice, salad, hummus, couscous and a pita - all for under $12. Idk how they get the chicken so tender and tasty.

Great middle eastern food, a must try if you're in the area. Large portions, great flavors, seasoning and the bread that the meal comes with is a must try.

Duzan Mediterranean Grill didn’t disappoint. We wanted to try this restaurant for sometime but going from Brooklyn was too much. Finally we found us sometime to go to the restaurant the food was awesome and the price point was great. You can’t beat it. It’s like a takeout place but they have some settings not recommended for big groups.

Food was awesome, customer service also. Ohh my gosh the sauces. Everything was so good.

The best I ever tried

Duzan is a delicious Arabic fast food restaurant. I placed an order for delivery and it arrived just a tad later than expected but not by much, and even so, the presentation was nice. The food was all delicious. I tried the mixed shawarma bowl with Duzan sauce and spicy harissa and chose salad and hummus sides. The meal also comes with a chewy and thick pita. In addition, I got a side of falafel to meet my delivery minimum. It was just an excellent and tasty meal!

Food is fresh and great. When the place is busy it’s not the best place to be at. Also they have a number to order which they don’t pick up like why have a phone? And they charge extra for sauce for a restaurant like this, they should not charge extra for sauce. If you stay and eat there you can get a sauce bottle but if you do takeout, you have to purchase extra sauce which makes no sense. Greedy but food and service was good

The guy WALEED over there makes the best sandwiches !!! I love him and he is so sweet to customers and very handsome man
